Suzy Pavlov
Born and raised in Melbourne, Suzy Pavlov brings a strong background in sales, recruitment and real estate to her role as a Buyer’s Advocate, specialising in investment and property acquisition.
Before moving into advocacy, Suzy spent several years in sales at a local real estate agency.
With a background in Human Resources, specialising in recruitment, developing strong skills in communication, negotiation and understanding people’s needs.
Her recent experience in property has since given her extensive knowledge of the local Melbourne market and a strong understanding of what makes a successful decision.
Through her established relationships with local real estate agents, Suzy has valuable insight into the market, including off-market opportunities, giving her clients an advantage when searching for the right property.
Outside of property, Suzy is also the co-owner of Bekka Restaurant in Moonee Ponds alongside her husband and chef, Richard, strengthening her longstanding connection to the local community.
